Ink from the margins. Fire for the Soul.

Why We Started NeonSaint Press

We didn’t start NeonSaint Press because we had all the answers. We started it because we couldn’t find a shelf where our stories belonged.

We’ve seen the way Christian faith can shape a life—sometimes gently, sometimes like an avalanche. We’ve seen how queerness can be sacred and complex, not in spite of that tension, but because of it. And we’ve watched far too many people walk away from creative dreams because the world kept asking them to flatten or explain themselves.

We wanted something different.

NeonSaint Press is a home for the in-between. For the beautiful, brutal questions that don’t resolve cleanly. For queer writers and musicians whose work still carries the weight—or the warmth—of Jesus, without needing to fit into someone else’s mold. For anyone who’s ever felt like their voice was too complicated to publish.

We believe in art that tells the truth. Not just the shiny parts. We believe reverence and rebellion can live in the same story. And we believe there’s a rising generation of readers, listeners, and creators who are hungry for exactly that kind of work.

We’re based in South Carolina, but our heart is bigger than geography. We’re building something slow and intentional—3 to 5 releases a year. No mass market formulas. Just unruly stories, aching beauty, and artists who tell the truth with their whole selves.

If you’ve ever felt like you had to choose between your art, your identity, and your history with faith—we made this space for you.

We’re not here to fix you. We’re here to publish you.

Welcome to NeonSaint.
